Little bit of light wiring today. I got a stock 15-17 gt fuse box wiring harness. It has one of the pcm connectors. 267844F5-901E-4462-BE9C-CD93B563A0D7.jpeg

We started filtering through that to weed out what I need and don’t need. My 6 year old had to help. BF646072-0E9A-4902-878D-93E3A11D182D.jpeg12C25569-3E9D-4A7B-B2B7-D3D810B28139.jpeg

Then we got the pcm wiring all removed. On top is what we don’t need. Bottom is what will be reused. Not all the wires are needed. I’m about to sit down with the diagram and pull the unneeded wires out of that connector. 2098D044-3F8D-436B-A806-E0FE6C725A81.jpeg

Yep, that's the best part for me. I'm just about done with wiring. It's all the other "little" stuff that hinders the build.
I really enjoy the wiring. One good thing about doing it like I am, the car is staying together and still getting driven daily. I don’t have to take it apart until I’m ready to do the electrical swap.

Also got a package from power by the hour. Got fittings for the transmission to run A/N lines, a thermal bypass valve inside the trans (the 6r80 doesn’t circulate fluid until it’s up to temp. This eliminates that and lets the fluid circulate all the time to keep temps low), in line thermostat to turn the trans cooler fan on, and an ecu bracket. Trans cooler should be here Monday.
