SCT Tuner and Steeda Timing Adjuster

I have a 1998 Mustang GT with a steeda timing adjuster installed at 15*. I just bought an SCT SF3/X3 tuner and I know it involves timing, so my question is, do I have to fully remove the timing adjuster or can I just set it back to 10* (stock)? Thanks
