How can it be "Rice".
Rice is a term used when something that is traditionally only found on the imports (neon, TALL wings, clear tail lights for example) are incorporated onto your domestic - that's rice.
As far as I recall and yes I'm OLD. They were on WAY-BACK-WHEN the T-bird and a couple other classics - Not imports.
Had them on my 96 - LOVED them. Unfortunately they don't work with Euro style lights or I'd have them on my 01.
