Shock Recomindations...

Application will be for auto-x/open track. Not worried about ride quality very much. I currently have eibach sportlines, but from reading those aren't the best springs for all around handling...so may swap out for some H&R Race's eventually..

Recomindations? Looking at the Tokico Illumina's, Blistien HD's and a few others but would love some input..thanks guys

Bilstein shocks would be a good option, as would Koni SAs. My experience with Tokicos I do not view as very positive. I would say that if you are trying to be a serious competitor, you pay to play and with that in mind I absolutely love my Koni SAs. The adjustment range is anywhere from ridiculously stiff to near stock dampening on the soft side. They are awesome. I would also suggest moving up to the Race springs. I just bought myself a set since my Mach springs were just a bit on the softer side.

I'm running Koni SA only my car. At this point front is a 300 lb coilover setup, and the rear is a track torque arm spring (415-515 lbs), and the valving still keeps up. I've had these shocks on the car for over two years now, and probably close to 35k miles on them, and they are still good. They work well for me both on the track, where I can dial them in to be stiff to keep up with springs, and on the street, where I set them to full soft, and they make the car nice and supple.

I'm surprised you go full soft on the street. Anything less than 2 turns off full stiff makes the car feel very floaty to me.

Regardless I have a lot of fun changing the settings and actually feeling the difference.
