I have the opportunity to purchase an FRPP Aluminum driveshaft for $100. The Driveshaft is coming off a car with a T-3650.... Will The driveshaft fit my car?

The Inter-web and americanmuscle.com says that it fits 96-04 GT's..... I just want a conformation from you guys before i purchese

Im not too sure either, but everywhere I see them for sale its always for 96-04 GTs :dunno: I assume you would be alright to buy it.

i know for a fact its either a 95% or 100% direct swap fit. i dont think so, but you MIGHT (and i stress MIGHT) have to swap out the output yoke on the driveshaft (the part that goes into the trans). im pretty sure its a 100% swap though.

is that the same for 94-95 aluminum d/s?

I think ours are different after '98. the T5 and T45 tranny's are basically the same, only the bellhousing won't come off the T45. I've taken my DS off and put it on a ghalf dozen times... I HAD an Aluminum one, but sold it to my buddy here in Va for his 331 powered '95 Cobra.
I might be buying it back off him whenever he gets a new tranny, as what he has now won't hold up with what he's putting to the wheels.
