slow times

i have 97 gt bone stock 97 gt strret tires ran a 14 79 at 89 with a 196 60 ft...since then i put pi cams and intake and 190 fuel pump and adjustable regulator..have yet to take to th track.. was that an ok stock run...has weld in flows as well

hmm....take some english classes.

Yes, 14.79 @ 89 mph with a 1.96 60 foot is OK for a 97 gt...the MPH sounds slow but the time is on par.


The 60 foot is great for stock gears and street tires.


You should be able to run mid to low 14s next time out.

it had 3 73s, when i took the fuel pump out the filter on the pump was off...so im fiqurin the pump was the reason for it dyin off towards the end

Yea...it just looks like you should be trapping more like 94~ mph give or take and be running like 14.5


It does look like it dies at the end

so in yuor opinion what kind of times should i be looking at now? 14.10?

With pi intake and pi cams?

Something like that...I would say low 14s maybe even high 13s depending on tires.

But thats assuming the car is running right and tuned right.

no tunes just turned fuel up with regulator
