another tread of people complaining about SLP again... i love it.. The LMII have a deeper and better tone or sound then either of the other catbacks offered by SLP.

its seems as though every other year or so, its a different brand people like to complain about.. its funny..

its the same way over at SVT..
but what i meant is that about 2 years ago, EVERYONE would bitch about how much flows droned and how they all wanted to get rid of them to get a better catback.. now everyone loves them..
when i put my SLPs on everyone gave me good compliments, and before that it seemed ALOT of people liked them and watned them.. now they just bash them and complain WAAAAAAAA :hammer:

HAHA! I used to be an SLP hater. When I first got my cobra it had an OR X and LM1s. WAYYYYY too loud. Then I got a flowmaster setup... Droned So bad. So when I did my solid swap, I got a catted H and lm1s again. I love them, but they are a bit loud for neighborhood. So I just sold them and bought powerflos.

It's weird how the different forums all have different opinions on SLP it's funny. Here Javi and I are two of the very few who like SLP while everyone else hates them. Over at Mustang Exhaust it's the other way around try finding a guy there who DOESN'T have SLP.

The funny thing is how if somebody says SLP everyone immediately goes OMG teh RaspYin3ss yet they have NEVER heard LM 1s or 2s with a catted midpipe in person, it's a different ballgame.

Those were the good old days. I always mess with everybody when they bring it up because most people are so set on having their mustang sound like the typical mustang. Now there's nothing wrong with that I love the sound of an O/R H and Flows and understand why people like them, but when they bash any straight through with little to no experience (watching clips on streetfire doesn't count) it aggravates me. :wall:

o its fantastic with my catted X and my lm2s... i will not change this exhaust for the life of me..

here and svtp is the same.. yea WAAAA teh raspyness.. flows, theres a reason they are called the dronemasters.. i mean DEAR GOD!!!!!

there nice and all, but the day i switched to my SLP setup, i knew i would never go back, just the cleanliness of the exhaust tone now is insane compared to the flows..

everyone hears 1 crappy setup. ONLINE.. not in person(a handheld camera can only do so much for clerity boys).. and all the sudden every setup with that catback on it sucks.. and yet they have flows.. rofl

yeah, I cant wait to hear the powerflos on my setup. SLP has the best sounding and the highest quality made exhaust I have ever seen/heard.I guess it is all a mater of opinion though.

i agree.. and sadly yes it is only an opinion...

itl never be found true since everyone is on the bandwagon with the other catbacks

also, WTF is flowmaster thinking charging 500+ for thier catbacks now.. Are they insane?!!?!?! thinking they can charge the same amount as SLP and borla? anyone notice this?

I didn't notice either, and every brand is RAPING us it probably costs SLP $75 to make their catbacks. I need to go out and get a new vid as this is from a long time ago before I had done any appearance mods but I can't miss the opportunity to whore it up. ...
