Ok, so I'm about to install my BBK long tubes, they are for a fox body. Hopefully, I'll find a used X pipe and buy that also.

A/C has already been deleted by the previous owner. In my town, they don't check for emissions. I wanna keep power steering.

What all can I delete that isn't necessary? Smog pump is one, and as far as the EGR, I'll have to tackle that mess soon. Any write up's on the smog pump delete? I noticed UPR makes a pulley or kit or something. I don't mind going with a smaller belt, can I just delete it all together?

Thanks!

Also, instead of making a seperate thread, I thought I'd ask 1 off topic question.

I bought 1 5/8 primaries, should I have bought 1 3/4 instead? I want the most power from my car, doesn't have to be very street friendly.

When I had mine taken out they did kindof a ghetto job. Ford Racing used to sell the block offs for the back of the heads whereas the guys that did mine just plug welded the blocks shut (ended up breaking and leaking).

Thanks for the pics, they will help me alot!

As for the block off plate, I read something about a 351 fuel block off plate, or something like that will work. What's this about?

I just put bbk shorties on, i welded the connection from the new bbk's shut and then just caped off the egr tube up close to the c.a.i., my question is, when u blocked off the egr opening, what did u do with the little hoses that pluged into the back of it?

And as far as smog pump, just rip that shit out and run a smaller belt. There are diagrams online on how to route the belt.
