Its drive by wire, its an m90 for 3v heads. Most likely came from an s197 when someone replaced it with a tvs lol. Im not 100% sure if the blower bolt pattern is the same but I believe its the same blower the 2v cars used with a different lower intake to accomodate 3v heads.

if i had to guess, id say its an eaton m112 kit for a cobra, but i cant tell for sure without the bottom. looks like c head ports i think.
