Terminator is sold!!!!

One of my new neighbor's saw me "disposing" of my stock Goodyear's the other day and asked me if I wanted to sell my car. Since I wasn't really in a friendly mood I just replied, "Sure, 32k", thinking he would think I'm a dick and go away and leave me alone. Well today I was outside wiring the choke on my truck and he came by with one of those Capitol One blank check thing's for 28k, and 4k in cash! Ha!, so I just took it down to the bank, if it clear's, I'm sending her down the road lol.

Since this deal will leave me with enough cash to get a New Edge GT free and clear, I think that is just what I'll do. I only really want 450 to 50 rwhp anyway, and I can pull that out of a GT no problem. Even though I love the SN's, there's just hardly any price difference now, I may as well get the newer car with the PI stuff already installed for me. I might even get an auto 'vert this time... I dunno.

After their little snafu it was 18.5k, I did put a JLT, 4 new BFG's, and a Lasota tune with a Livewire on it though. BUt yeah, I still came out ahead, lol. I was thinking, it's kinda not fun anyway, it's just too easy to make big power with a Terminator, any fool can do it. And I'll either be under my power goal, or blow right past it.

Honestly though, I didn't intend to sell it, I just wanted the guy to go away, he came back a couple times and tried to dicker, but I just told him, it's not a negotiation, I don't want to sell the car, 32k or I'll keep it forever, lol. I guess he really wanted it, I kinda think he's a fool, but whatever. He did have a BMW M3, so that's what kinda guy he is, he'll just write a check to go fast.

Had a guy do the same thing with my car. He asked me how I would sell my car for. Told him it was not for sale. He said everything has a price. I told 8k for my 96GT. Never heard from him again!

Yep, I've drove it a grand total of 328 miles, lol.

I owe roughly 15k on it, so I can totally get a New Edge now, mine, outright, and a KB to stick on top of it (kinda want an auto 'vert, for a cruiser, I don't race, lol). Or get a New Edge outright and a really nice DD, and get the KB later (which is probably what I will do)

Lol, the car is still in my garage as of right now, lol. But yeah, he lives down the street, not in Nigeria, so I'm not too worried, lol.

Call me lame, but the Terminator was boring, just too easy. I wasn't really looking forward to messing with it, almost everything was done already. What would I do? Add a Whipple, subframes, and lower it, bam, it's done, lame.

I'm one of those wierd people who like's to work on their car as much as drive it, so a GT is better for me anyway. Kinda depressing to re-do everything I did on the old car, but at least I get to avoid some of my mistakes and go straight to the car I want.
