MM sway bar end links
MM K member or Team Z autocross K Member
* MM front lower control arms if/ when converting to coilovers

Impressive list.

My red car has the whole MM k member setup, and mm rear coil overs. still working on the panhard bar and torque arm and a built 8.8 with 9" housings.

I'm not sure I understand the thread? Are you asking for the "best suspension"? Or just a list of what people are running suspension wise?

suspension setup is under that cobra hood?

absolutely nothing under my cobra hood that is not stock. I mean unless your going to go 150 mph then why do you need it to go to/from 711? Just some stick on hood pins on the top for the look but other then that completely stock.

I only ever see speeds in excess of 200. My car is in perpetual motion.

So are cobra hoods the ultimate suspension upgrade?

I get that the nostrils are used for extreme ventilation and cooling, and that the hood is made of reinforced aluminium to reduce body flex, but are they really that great?

I have a very street friendly setup.

- Strange front coilover kit
- Strange 10-way adjustable struts
- QA1 10" 300lbs springs
- J&M caster camber plates
- Revo Technica camber kit
- SVE rear lowering springs
- Strange 10-way adjustable shocks
- UPR rear coilover mounting brackets
- J&M lower control arms
- Rear cobra sway bar

Planning to get tubular a-arms and a second attempt at a rear coilover kit for the holidays. Then next year a 4 point cage custom fabbed into a 6 point.
I've wanted subframes for the longest time but have come to the realization that will never happen because they would be a pain in the ass to deal with scraping everywhere.

Other than that, I don't have much planned for suspension. It rides nice as is and won't be taken to anything more than a road course for recreational activities.

MAximum motorsports Front control arms

Max motorsports K and then the spintech full length subrame connectors.

Its really simple and yet it isn't, I want it all... I want to be able to have the adjustability to tighten it up with a few clicks and take on a drag strip or a road course and enjoy an afternoon/evening while not fearing the need for a trailer or to be beat up on the ride to/from. I want to take it to a show and drop it like its hot and ride in comfort to/from while fearing no speed bump or curb. Some say you can't have your cake and eat it too. I think its just a really expensive cake if you want a bite of it and be able to enjoy everything.....

Weekend street car. Nothing fancy but it's handles better than when it was new and well enough to get you in trouble on a public road. The ride is firm but it doesn't beat you to death. I need to address the rear end still, I have a lot of azz wag going on. The plan for the rear is to replace the old rubber bushings in the uppers with new rubber bushings in conjunction w a set of aftermarket lowers.
As of now:
KYB non adjustable shocks/struts
Ford racing b springs
Standard length weld in sfc's (big improvement)
Refurbished front-end using Moog "problem solvers." I have no issues with them with my modest drop.

The thought crossed my mind to go this route also instead of coil overs. But I didn't want to deal with the air tank, compressors, and airlines, etc. that is involved with an air kit and the extra weight that comes with all that.

Do you think an aluminum tank, compressor/ bags and the lines weighs more then the 4 springs? Pretty sure I saw somewhere it was not.

They pretty much balance out. In all actuality your shifting more weight to the rear and lightening the front.
