I saw this on another forum and I had to post it here. All I can say this is what its all about being an american and supporting a true american that died fighting for our country. Its sad but I couldn't picture something like this happening where I'm from.

Killed in action the week before, the body of Staff Sergeant First Class John C. Beale was returned to Falcon Field in Peachtree City , Georgia , just south of Atlanta , on June 11, 2009 . The Henry County Police Department escorted the procession to the funeral home in McDonough , Georgia . A simple notice in local papers indicated the road route to be taken and the approximate time. Nowadays one can be led to believe that America no longer respects honor and no longer honors sacrifice outside the military. Be it known that there are many places in this land where people still recognize the courage and impact of total self-sacrifice. The link below is a short travelogue of that day's remarkable and painful journey. But only watch this if you wish to have your faith in people restored.

My brother is leaving in less than a year for the army, and he's not even 18 yet. he's leaving 2 weeks after school ends for boot camp then he's going to the rangers. i dont know what id do if this were him. but i would have paid to see that. much respect.
