Timing. Which way to go?

Looking at the stock balancer, it seems like it may be a little guesswork when it comes to where you actually set your timing, if its not right on 10. There is another notch for 15, but there are not 4 notches in between that.

yes there is... your balancer likelt needs to be cleaned off. A scotch bright pad will help immensely!
