its so minuscule its not even worth debating. I have pictures on one of my hard drives of them with the lights on, as well as when the brakes are applied. you wouldnt even know they were tinted aside from the reverse light.

though unfortunately not a Mustang, was goofin on youtube as well an found to this, clearly seen even in the daylight hr, the lights are easily seen even when tinted..
