oh yea its going, I still have to get slicks for it but as soon as i do its off to the track we go. Looking for low 12's for sure, Im thinking of doing some weight reduction
to try for a 11.9999

Your motor is pretty heavy, take that out, im sure it will free up a few hundred pounds. great for a couple tenths in the 1/4 mile.

Your motor is pretty heavy, take that out, im sure it will free up a few hundred pounds. great for a couple tenths in the 1/4 mile.

What did it run before? How much do those things weigh anyway?

they weigh around 4700lbs according to SVT.

stock times for the 03-04 ( strongest out of all the production years ) is in the mid 13's.....some run low 13s some run high 13s but mid 13s are the norm on factory rubber.

sorry I didnt get pics guys........when I went in they already had the blower off and cooler out and I got pre-occupied with watching them. Dont fret......you have my WORD that I will have pics tonight. As far as progress, the exhaust is completely off and the cooler is out and has been cleaned, so tonight will be the re-install of everything. Im not sure if it will be done tonight but Saturday for sure :bunny3: :bunny3:
