ok thanks for another place to look into.. also modular all the way hahah.. and how hard is it to do the swap and is a p51 intake worth it

It depends on your experience.
It's not hard, but if you aren't very mechanically inclinded, or experienced with motors, it could be trouble.
there are a few tricky parts, otherwise it's mostly ratcheting / bolt on stuff.

The P51 flows good, it's pricy, and I personally don't like how it looks.
Plus, I think you need a new TB and tube to run it?
you'll be fine with the PI intake.

yea do i have to go through and re tune it after the swap if so would a sct tuner work and the p51 is on vts specials page on there website

stock PI swap, no you don't HAVE to, but it runs better if you do.
The EEC can remap itself.

If you port or change the cams, yes you do have to tune it.

I'd recommend a dyno tune!

right now SCT is doing well.
that's what they're throwing on my car.

Thats what i went with...i wanted the option of switching between tunes on the fly...so i can have my regular supercharger tune and then when i run the nitrous i won't have to unload and reload with a handheld...just flip the switch :banana:

did you install one of the bezel switches? ive been looking for one for mine... im gettin old and cant see the little numbers of the switch that same with it.
