Torque Converter

I'm wanting to change my converter out here soon and have been doing some research on which are good ones. My tuner and Summit Racing has told me to go with a 2500-3000 stall. So I have narrowed it down to two different ones that I have not heard anything negative about. Any suggestions to which one?
