Trailblazer SS?

My mom's Silverado SS is nice. But I think my stang could beat it.


But then again, that AWD will NOT spin tires. I've tried... oh how I've tried.

those trucks run low to mid 15s at the track, so you can beat him for sure

imho....chevy cant compete with other manufacturers...thats why the put the vette series engines in every car they have think about it...thats what ta's and camaros had to beat the 5.0 when the 305's and regular 350's would run with a v6 mustang....then the gtos have the ls2 , trailblazer have the ls6, trucks have ls2, think about it...thats the only reason there fast....they are still garbage in my eyes cause a gmc and a chevy truck is the same damn think with different badges and colors....anyone could do what gm does....build one engine family and put it in every car they make.....thats why i cant wait to get my car done so i can blow that new vette out of the water on pump gas n/a big cubes....then say....dude....and you paid 80k for that ....i got 15k in mine...owell enough of General Mistake for me.....(gm)...i could go for days...

The only reason Mustangs were fast was they had 5.0's... Ford put it in everything they made... The only difference between a Grand Marquis and a Crown vic is the badge on the front...

If you blow the new Vette (Zr1) out of the water on pump gas N/a, my hat's off to you dude. And remember, Vettes do more than go in a straight line. If you do it for less than 15k in the whole car, then write a book about it.

The whole reason the 5.0 took off was the fact the Ford put the same 5.0 in every Mustang, regardless. GM failed with carb'ed, TBI, and TPI engines all in the same model, even the same trim. They learned a hard lesson, but they did indeed learn it.

Lol nice J.R . Guess I found own the owner of the thing is a friend of my neighbour, as the exact same one is parked on his driveway, black with a busted tail-light. I would take pics, but Im sure all of you know what these things look like. I was looking at it this morning when going to get my car in the garage, since it started raining and I waxed it yesterday, And man alive, that thing is HUGE! Makes my parents tribute look tiny, but it goes like a bat outta hell, a sleeper indeed :coolsmiley:

I really wouldn't call the car huge... Id definitely drive one though. My dads got the silverado SS and went in for a test drive to possibally trade it in on a trailblazer. He described it to me that they're "fast but not quick" Ive read online that they really wake up with CAI and a chip
