im building a 306 for my 94 gt....im using trickflow streetburner intake and their stage 1 cam...im also using there 170 twiste wedge heads with 1.6 rockers.....im using pistons made for the twisted wedge heads and according to trickflow this setup will give me 10:1 compression.....i plan on using 24lb injectors and a 70mm throttle body with a calibrated mass air flow sensor with a bbk cold air intake....this setup will be mated to the stock 5 sp with a spec 2+ clutch with 355 gears....my question is...what kind of rear wheel power should i expect to get with this setup? im shooting for the 300 hp or trq range...my buddy has a stock 05 mustang gt and my other buddy has a 06 350z and im the whippin post for now.. thanks for reading and any info will be awesome.

With the 306 you should be between 300-315rwhp depending on the tune, and yes you will need a tune if you want the most out of your new setup and smooth drivability

you'll get there. that set up should be good for low 13's on an otherwise stock car. which is just below what both of those cars will run out of the box if I remember correctly. lighten it up and make it hook for a more comfortable lead.

hard to tell with the pistons and bored out but I would imagine it should be around if not over 300 to the ground. Yes a tune will only help things....

i figure with a 15% drivetrain loss it would be around 300hp and torque......cause trickflow claims 350hp and 370lbs on a 9.5:1 302

Knowing that dynos do read different from one to the next... if it only makes 300 I would be a bit disappointed. I would get an LMAF with an anderson powerpipe, moates tuner, and at least a 75mm accufab TB and blend it in if you have to. Long tube headers will usually help mid and upper. That setup has high 300's possibility if you get the right parts and set it up correctly.
