You guys want to try out some road courses this year?

Get those Mustangs (or lesser cars

) out on the course and drive 'em! It's not 'racing' per say, since you're not driving for position or points, but it's a great instruction and introduction to road course driving.

Basicaly when I got my season pass for the events this year NASA had a package deal going and I got a few HPDE Hyperdrive tickets. A Hyperdrive is essentialy a single HPDE1 session with an instructor on-course. So you will drive around the track for 20-25min with an instructor helping you navigate and drive. Normaly this costs about $35.

The one thing I ask is that you are a SN95Forums Supporting Member, membership has its priveledges.

I don't see a need to keep the location secret, maybe it it's close someone will become a supporting member so they can do it.

No secrets, I need to find out if the Hyperdrives are good with any NASA event, or just local (to me). So in short, any Rocky Mountain NASA event, I'm 100% sure is good. NASA TX events are a strong possibility. Other NASA regions maybe.

I'll have the answers here within a week. Your car does need to pass tech, nothing out of the ordinairy versus drag racing tech. The additional things are helmet is required and Verts require functional roll protection.
