yea I thought he was going the cheaper way with the headers. But apparently these BBK's were $595? Is taht normal? I thought bbks were cheaper than that?

No I wouldn't consider BBK "cheap" by any means, regardless of brand you pay a decent price for ceramic long tubes...

it cost you $3600 to have them put heads on a stock shortblock and put it in your car?

Yes and no. They fixed a few other things. Also 600 for the lt's. New x pipe. Fixed an egr hose that had a hole in it. I've got the whole list of shit he did 2 papers full

Those long tubes extend out pretty low. I'm glad I got shorty's cuz if mine hung that low I'd be bottoming out everywhere. I'm glad they fit amazing on yours though. Wish I could go with them to. :dontknow:

nice long tubes. and your spark plug wires are different than i've ever seen. most have the little plastic clips over the boot to keep the wires on the coil packs.

car looks great tho!

am I missing something it looks like a stock motor with welded in mufflers,spark plugs and headers,u still even have stock intake and tube w.t.f,so what did u do to this for $3,000 mods ? :confused1: :dontknow: did u do h/c/i etc.?

Check out the title of the post guy. $3600 worth of engine work, not mods. I believe if it were $3600 worth of mods we'd all see some pretty nice stuff...

Check out the title of the post guy. $3600 worth of engine work, not mods. I believe if it were $3600 worth of mods we'd all see some pretty nice stuff...

well not trying to be a **** but were u going for sleeper look? the engine bay looks stock and dirty looks untouched, even stock intake and tube / filter...they didnt atleast paint and clean the engine intake / and throw a cai on it? or were u going for that sleeper look? like the pic posted after my post look how that engine bay looks? sorry just was wondering cause that pic u posted doesnt do justice u cant see $3,000 of mods lol its dirty and u can see dirty undercarriage, all i see headers, welded in rusty mufflers.. Im just wondering why u didnt post a better pic.. ur this thread would make morse sense with a mod list story with the pic.. u read the title and see ur op it leaves me going :dontknow:

ITS NOT $3000 WORTH OF MODS JESUS CHRIST!! The motor threw a rod the day after I paid $7900 for it. Its not modified. It has headers. Its probably just as fast as any other STOCK 98 cobra out there. Its NOT a sleeper. I never said its SO FAST. It has 3 cobra badges on it and if you know anything about cobra's you probably know how fast it is! lol god ****. There isn't a cold air intake because I didn't ask for a cold air intake. Maybe I should take it back to the guy so he can tear the motor ALL the way back down so you can see my new block crank and rods. Would that make you happier? Whats the first thing you read at the top of this post? Try reading for once instead of just looking at all the pictures like a 4 year old. it says "SHABAM lol Nothing special Just figured I'd share." A guy can't have a fairly stock cobra around here? sheesh. I've had the car for 2 months yea but it was in the shop the day after I bought it for a lil over a month. Yea the undercarriage is dirty and rusted and my mufflers are old and rusty. **** me right. Shouldn't even take pictures of it. You're right. **** off.

And sorry mods I'm probably gonna get banned again but damn lol this is ridiculous

WOW....1st of relax and calm down take a deep breath im just saying u put $3000 in a title and I open the page to look @ that I was jw what the point of the post was, was there something missing, ur op had no info, it seems pointless was just jw if the point of the stock look was because you wanted a "sleeper" ...but I GUESS NOT instead u put a nice flash title of $3,000 and then say nothing special with nothing else in ur op...seems kinda pointless. its like ur bragging $3,600 mods, so im like sweet lets see what it looks like then its a joke type post with no info mod list, what u had done etc, then says " nothing specia" it leaves me scratching my head :dontknow: i just asked a simple ? in the 1st post then u get more more of a ****, what do u expect with a pointless post with no info no need to get all pissy calm the f down :nono: :BangHead: that sucks you had to put money in it, but after spending " $3,600" I was jw why u didnt even do a cai :BangHead: :wave:

Not, "$3000 worth of intakes and paint and new non-rusted mufflers and go fast parts." And regardless it still says "motor work". What if i did get cams and forged EVERYTHING? TYou'd still be crying cause you can't SEE it. Ignorance is bliss though I suppose.
