So I'm really sitting down for the first time and looking through the build sheets of my car when all the work was done.
DSS block with Forge internals. Balanced.
Fox Lake Stage 1 Ported PI heads
PI intake
BBK CAI
75mm TB
80mm MAF
Fox Lake custom grind stage 1 cams
[email protected] duration
.52585 lift (int)
.55069 lift (ext)
FRPO headers
O/R H-pipe
2.5" cat back
Custom tune

dyno'd at 299 RWHP @5250 RPM
338.2 RWTQ @4000
is it just me, or is this low? I'm thinking the cams are pretty small for all the money that has been spent on the engine (over $6000).
also found out for SOME reason it still has stock injectors. Which are getting changed very soon...

What was the compression ratio? It seems a little on the low side ... How much timing was used and was the car leaning out ? With stock injectors ?

I think the compression is 10:1. I assume the block was built to Sock dimensions. The receipt doesn't give too much info. It was dyno'd before I bought it so I don't know much about the run. But yeah the fact that it has stock injectors bothers me. I have an Air Fuel gauge and it doesn't seem to lean out too often. I'm going to take it to a local speed shop that specializes in Mustangs and get an SCT tuner and another dyno with bigger injectors. Just wondering if I should start looking at cams too.

Please tell me you are taking it to either Dayton Performance or S&M Motorsports. They are two of the best in the area. Dayton Performance just put together a 400+hp NA 2v for a local guy. Car sounds insane.

Dayton Performance. I used to take my foxes to Precision Autosports, considering I knew the owner when he worked out of his garage, but ever since they've moved I've heard nothing but horror stories from people. I'm hoping DP can get me squared away. Plus their labor rate is cheap. Lol
