You say its built, what mods does it have?
In general, dry kits are better for stock or mostly stock engines and wet kits work best with engines that have been modified

He said that he just built it, not that it's built. I have a NX wet kit with a window switch. Awesome kit. On a wet kit, you want a window switch (torns the nitrous on and off at certain rpm's) to ensure the nitrous activates at a certain rpm to ensure proper air flow when the kit is activated. If there's not enough air flow the fuel tends to drop out of suspension and puddle in the intake. This will cause an intake backfire. You also don't want to hit your rev limiter on either kit, wet or dry. If you follow the rules, it's a great power adder.

Basically this is my motor:
351W bored .030 over
baked and shot peened
alignhoned
recondition stock 351w crank
recondition stock 351w rods wit arp bolts
main girdle
forged aluminum pistons
trickflow twisted wedge heads with 1.6 rr
trickflow stage 2 cam
as for fuel
42 lb/hr injectors
255 lph fuel pump
asjustable fuel pressure regulator

those are the essentials for nitrous.
The piston rings were gaped for nitrous
So with a build like this, would it be safe to say that a wet shot would give me wat im looking for?

If you plan on running more than a 150 shot go wet

*sigh*

This has been covered a million billion times.

Get a wet kit. All the pro-level nitrous racecars run wet kits. That's not an accident. Dry kits were introduced by nitrous companies for their ease of installation, not because they work better than wet kits.

Get a wet kit.

Paul.

Id try to figure out why its not running 11s on motor first , with your engine it should have no problem running 11s on motor
