it was finally just warm enough to get out in the garage. I got the upper intake off and the wiring prepped to pull though the firewall but I am gonna need a buddy for the next part to pull it through. It is supposed to be warm enough tomorrow and then we might get hit with a historic ice storm thurs so I will probably not be in the garage thurs.

Got the front tyres changed.

Always go for part-worns (I know!!!) but at £40 each much cheaper and one of today's has probably only done about 500 miles, if that...

Finished my PS system upgrade and test drove it.

Started the brake cooling duct install but ran out of time.

Replaced headlight housings. Went with clear instead of tinted. Cleaner look, IMO. Former set showed a lot of wear.

I dug out my cross over tube for the coolant system
And found that it only has one bung on the right side
And I need it on the right side as well
These bugs are for the fan switch and temp
I will need to install one on the leftside . Modify it
Always something
I also have some fuel rails coming for my intake
The MMR will not work on this intake

If I recall right, the work around is to put a TEE fitting and run two sensors in one port.

First thing I did, I swapped some of the billet interior pieces. On a side note, I thought all new edges had tweeters, I guess not.

Also swapped the instrument cluster bezel and headlight knob but of course I forgot to take a pic of them…

Not really a 'today' thing, this has been going on for a while now. But I go in as often as I can so we'll just call it an everyday thing for now. Recently finished up the IRS on the ole 96 Cobra so that's a load off. Did a very nice 4-wheell alignment and she's full-on accurate. Swaybars are on with zero pre-load, that was last weekend. Now...I get to do the very fun process of a bumpsteer alignment (no).
