It looks great.
It sounds great.
The interior is very comfy for a daily driver(I did it for 7 years)
It way lighter than any current pony cars
Its easy to work on.
Parts are cheap and easy to find.

i can roll the windows down and the air doesnt blow me in the face like a black guy in a glory hole... def. my fav. thing.

also, when either window is open at any amount (1/4, 1/2, etc. etc.) it doesnt make the "bass" sound in the back. my parent's impala and my buick have that problem.

The window thing, so true. I hate how some cars have to have both windows fully open to not make that noise.

These can have just one side cracked and it doesnt happen. Maybe shear luck, but I love it!

I love the fuel tank cover and how nice it looks with the silver stainless steel gas tank cover straps. I need to get me some. An how mean it looks from the front if it's lowered.

i like that its american engineered. i wont divulge into canada and mexico manufacturing/assembly. i like the cheaper interchangibility of suspension parts from the former years. i looooove that in that aspect it gives room for growth. i dont have to have imported parts from other over seas countries "import taxing". i like that anyone with a welder and fab skills to do work. im looking at a wider perspective instead of nit picking individual parts.
Do you have a Romeo block? If not, there is a good chance your car has a windsor engine. The new 5.0L is produced at the windsor plant :p. Don't knock canadians bro, The legendary 302/351s were BUILT here. And I love the interior design and 4v engine in my newer car, LOVED the exhaust note on my old pushrod. No matter what exhaust is on my DOHC, it will never match my old 302...

I like the body style a lot, yet most everyone else disagrees. I love the interior in my 4V: the seats are very comfortable and grab onto me better than the seats in my GT. The sound the 4.6 makes is awesome too. Idk no idea why I like this style so much?

Seems like theirs more thing we dislike about them, than we actually like.

I guess we should just be happy that we have what we have :)

What I don't understand is why so many people hate on the styling of the '94-'98 cars...yeah the front end is a little simple/dated/boring, but overall it's one of the better looking Mustangs built IMO. I can understand hating on the turd power but the styling ain't bad...

As far styling goes the 94-98 Mustangs are pretty boring in stock form so I can see why people don't like them. not that they look bad, just a little boring.

I won't lie... I used to hate the way SN95's looked until I got mine and found out what they could look like.

the long run of the fox-bodies was boring, the sn design hit the nail on the head which is why it did sold so well, won car of the year, and again saved the mustang name. The reason they are not as popular is just the short run that they did on them. I gurantee if they made them as long as they did the fox that we would not have so many haters. Haters gonna hate and don't give a shit. With as much as people are supposed to not like the SN style I catch my share of compliments on my ride. Maybe they are not mustang fans, but if that is the case then it is all the better for me...

I used to not like the Snive bodies much, until I saw how with just a bit of time they could be turned into something beautiful.

Most around here are crapped out and awful. Them internetz showed me what a good lookin one is like, I love them now :D

At first i didn't like the looks of the sn95s when i saw the pics in ads an stuff but i was working for a Ford dealer when they came out an had to go about 150 miles to pick up a GT for a customer an then i was hooked. An yeah i love the fact that when they are all shined up an clean they look newer than than they are,I believe Ford got it right in this body style change an the looks from others when going down the road confirm that.

you wiggas be clownin.

first mustang I remember as a kid was the 94-98. I always thought the 94-95's were ugly due to horizontal tails (still do) and I loved loved loved the 96-98 and was the main reason why I bought one when I turned 16. honestly, I still effing hate the 99-04 mustangs, even though I own one. the gt/v6/cobras look way too bland. The Mach 1, Saleen, and Roush look good in my eyes though, as they stand out a bit more...

hopefully soon I'll get back into a 96-98... I'd love to have another, they really are amazing looking cars when done right.

haterrr ;p

no offense dude, i just could never have brought myself to buy a gt/v6 in the 99-04 bodystyle because it just doesn't have the aggressive look I feel it should have. not to say yours isn't clean it's just not something I'd rock.

on that note I'm hungry.

Ha I know, different strokes for different folks. I love how these cars look, which is why I got one over an sn95. Had to jump a bit higher, and get one that was a little crappier to fit into my budget lol, but its ok.

Glad I have made it into something I really love.

Though I'm sure I would have done the same to an sn95.

From 1969 on all Small blocks (at least the 90 degree Windsors) were assembled in the Cleveland factory. The 221, 260, 289, and the first year of the 302 were assembled at the Windsor plant. Also some of the best 302 blocks were from Mexico, Had "Hecho En Mexico" in the lifter valley. They had more nickel in the cast mix and were assembled in Cleveland Ohio.

MadStang the only real difference between the GT and Mach is a chin spoiler and some stripes lol, but hey if that's enough to do it for ya.

I like the way the rear end looks on the these cars when they are cleaned up. The interior is comfortable. I love the sound they make too, I can't stand the throaty noises that a camaro makes. And the fact that these cars have the torque most other cars don't.
