Whats it worth?

I have an opportunity to buy a 94GT with 71k original miles on the clock. Its laser red with gray cloth. Automatic. No mods whatsover. Paint is very faded and will need resprayed. No body damage tho. What is a fair price to offer?

My experience with KBB is that its not really close on these old cars. KBB good is $3,660, fair is $3,210. I figure a half decent paint job is gonna run me at least $1,000....

offer $2500- $3000 you can always go up if needed. what kind of shape are the tires?

I'd offer 2K if the paint is beat because I have seen clean 5.0's going for 3-5k.
