Wheel fitament

I've searched but to no avail. Looking at a set of 18" x 8" wheels that have a +44 offset. Would these work on a 96' Cobra, without spacers?

They’d “work” but wouldn’t look right at all.

I had to run 25mm spacers to run 45mm offset wheels and they fit correctly enough to look right.
