This is my current setup. 342 with 185 AFR heads, 1.6 rr, RPM II intake, 10.5-1 compression, full exhaust upgrade, 2800 stall, 3.55 gears, and 6 lbs of boost Powerdyne. What I'm looking for in a cam is a nice idle and street manners. I don't care at this time for the biggest hp numbers.
These are the specs of the two cams that I'm looking at.

Lift .512/.512 .480/.480
intake 0.50 218 220
exhaust 0.50 224 226
LSA 114 115
XE 270hr Steeda 19
1800-5800 rpm range 2000-6000 rpm range

Out of these two which would be a better choice.

With a stroker, I would spend the extra $100 on a custom cam. Get something that will work well for your motor. The cams you list are for small block 302's. You have a 342.

I would talk to Ed Curtis or Jay Allen.

Ed Curtis is an NMRA Champ as well as an engineer. He does wonders with engines.

Jay Allen also does great work.

Anderson Ford Motorsports... call them and have them grind you a custom blower cam. You'll be happy you did.
