Cobra's 100% I'd only do the tribars if they where all black and only track wheels.

I have been trying to get some Y2K R's for a while now. I hope to get them tom.

so you're gonna run a 2 or 2.5" spacer? Isn't that going to be extremely weak?

No if i ran a 3/4" Spacer now possibly a 1/2" i think i would be fine. I'll have to go out tom and measure how much room i have to see what i could run.

so you're gonna widen the wheel more than you're gonna space it out? It's not gonna look as good as it could and might give you inner-fender clearance problems.

If you widen a 17x8 1" and put on a 1" wheel adapter, it would be the just as strong at the hub as it would be with just the 17x8. The "weakness" may come from the wheel adapter itself. If I am wrong about that, dont rip me a new one, I read that on a miata site when I was considering widening a wheel.

sounds right, i just don't think widening a wheel 1" is hardly gonna be worth it.

In all honesty im not sure what the Tri Bar offset is. If anyone finds it please post it.

I have been looking at it again and i would need to do 2" to make it worth anything on either wheel. I know it i took a 3/4 or a 1" spacer right now on my 01 Polished Cobra's it would look a lot better. Im def like the 93 R ar chopped.

Would you just make two 10" wide and leave the front 8"? I think the tri-bars would look even better if the center cap wasn't chrome, seems like a little much. I'm not big on that style wheel though so I'd do your polished ones if any.

I would only do 2 17x10 and i was thinking even possibly as you say all gloss black with a Chrome Lip. Even looking into a Black Chrome also depending on how much it would be. Then again 01 Polished 17x10 with a 1" spacer should be perfect. It's a hard choice

you NEVER see 93R wheels on an sn95, ive maybe seen one or two ever. even if all you do is paint the tribars to match the color scheme of the 93R's it would be pretty unique.

Man, I'm probably in the minority here, but that looks like crap IMHO. I've never like Tri-bars. And that really really looks bad. Its all personal taste though, and if you do it, more power to you. But to me, they look like poo. I don't get why so many people do like tri-bars though.

I had a set of authentic Saleens widened from this company about 3 years ago. If I'm not mistaken it should be the same company that Lidio used to do the Mach wheels.

Great company witha fast turn around time.
