I have a 342 with a set of 185 AFR heads with 1.7 roller rockers. My cam is a custom grind which was to maximize performance without sacrificing driving on the street. The cam specs are duration @.050 222 intake
234 exhaust
valve lift for 1.6 .544 intake
.568 exhaust
Like I stated, I have 1.7 which put my valve lift at .578 intake
.603 exhaust
This is an AODE, which has custom burned chip. My question is will changing the roller rockers to 1.6 bring the cam down enough to make a difference. This is my first engine I've help build and tune so I appreciate anyone with experience in this thanks.
