if that Z or Cobra was after me and through on the light i would just keep driving.

i wouldnt pull over unless a real marked car came after me.

if they say "Hey Why didnt You pull Over?"...i would just say "I thought you were just some ricer with a crazy light set up...how was i supposed to know that you were a cop?"

If they sight me for more stuff i would take them to court and winning with some BS legal Talk....should be easy to get out of

i heard you dont have to stop for a car like that. if you just drive to the closest police station then you cant get in trouble. but they get so pissed

Wow, you need anger management.

In all reality, they can do whatever they feel they need to do. I know around here we had a guy who once outran the local cops in an old 442 while he was all pissed up one night and they ended up confinscating his car as well, and started a program called "beat the heat" at our local dragstrip. All the young guys can come out and drag race an officer of their choice (the cops are using that 442 of course). IMO thats a way better approach then just putting an officer in a car on the street.
