You Need To Do THis

Well guys today i cleaned my maf and throttle body boy did that wake my car back up :santa_evil: . The car was running like crap. I couldent even keep up with my vert when i was running with my pops. If you havent done this you should do this it could help. Thats all I thought i would let you guys know how happy i am time to go waste some gas lol.. 8)

i WAS gonna do it today but got caught up on the Cowboy game. I bought some throttle body cleaner. Did you use the same stuff for both the MAF and TB?

there is a special cleaner specifically for mass air sensors. throttle body cleaner is too strong for the M.A.S.
at most auto parts stores, in their house brand you should be able to pick up a small aerosol can of TB cleaner and
another can of Mass Air Cleaner for less than 8 bucks. just take out your intake piping, spray the little silver sensor inside the
Mass Air housing, and open up the throttle body and spray the crap out of that.

he is correct. and you should not be using brake/carb clean on a tb.

Well first i disconected negative cable off battery then I took off the maf then got a Cutip cleaned it with some electrical cleaner i then took the throttle body used some thorttle body cleaner from STP then i cleaned the IAC put evrything back together started it up let it run about 2 or 3 minutes but watch out it will try to to stall at first but then everything was good got my power back because before when i used to wot it would fall on its face.
