2011 V6 mustang makes 305 HP

Call me selfish, but no v6 stang should get a dual exhaust stock. No idea how it sounds, but the article says owners wont miss the v8 roar there use to.

In other news, I'm actually excited about this. Do you not realize that this means Ford will have to be stepping up the V8 so their own V6s don't outrun the GTs? 5.0L, I can't wait! haha

Hp is not the problem its almost 2010. Stock v6 mustang since 1999 can beat my 97 stock v8 in a race.
But ford has to compete to the v6 camaro which is understandable.

But why the dual exhaust and a throaty exhaust? Thats why i brought my v8. Guess ill go back to dumps ccasion14:

Because when i think of a stock dual exhaust mustang. I think of a v8 lol. Not a v6. No pun to the v6 owners.
v6= the ugly curved exhaust pipe
or the sexy 1 looking 1 pipe on the sn197.

They're giving you one less reason not to hate the v6 and accept it as part of the Muscle Car family as it has been for the past 40+ years, but you'd rather take that accomplishment and turn it into a "poke" at the v8 guys? cant you just give the v6 guys a little slack some time?

+1. two tips doesnt change the sound... thats where the mufflers and crossover kick in.
