I was just wondering what I would have to do to make my 302 into a 347? Is there a kit or something or do I just get it stroked/bored? I want a 347 but I don't know where to start. Thanks in advance for any information.

Thanks! =)

Would it be okay to do this to my current block or should I look to get a new block? Idk how many miles are on the engine I have now.

crack the block..... just take it to a local machine shop, and have then clean it up, they should tell you if it needs boring or not... or if it is good enough to build.

I wouldn't invest in top end forged parts just to stuff in a stock block. Just look for a basic cast kit from Scat or something else..
