thats a super clean car you have there!!! what it the cr on your engine? i am building a similar setup, but with a few more cubes and a different exhaust, and am hoping for 430 ish to the ground.. i see that you made 341 and 321....

my cr is only about 9.5. i plan to boost. you wont see over 400hp unless you have a custom cam, some badass heads and a really good tune. 430 is a big goal.

Awesome car, how did you shave the reflectors in the bumper though?

i cut out the housing for the reflector from the backside of the bumper, feathered the edges, used a 2 part liquid urethane filler with rubber mesh for strength. then finished it off with a flexible filler and thats it. took a LOT of sanding, and sanding rubber sucks

Re: 94 Mustang Build Thread UPDATED 7/29/10

Today i mocked the supercharger and pulleys on the motor. i also had some holes welded up on my edelbrock elbow. Now i need to make a custom discharge tune from the SC to the TB. I also need to chrome or powder coat my crank and water pump pulley, as well as the new supercharger brackets.

I also found out that my polished Wazee tensioner pulley is almost exactly the same as the ugly plastic Vortech idler pulley. Vortech makes a replacement for the plastic pulley in billet aluminum, but they want $140. I can get the Wazee pulley and make it work for less than $50.

Heres some pics of the mock-up. not very pretty yet. Still need to polish the blower

used 150 grit with a DA, then by hand i used 400, 600, then 1000. The polish i used is a home made polish i bought at a car show probably 5 years ago. it works great.

i might spend another hour on it, jump up to 1500 grit to make it look like chrome, but i think it looks pretty good as it is.

Unless it's a show only car, that seems bling enough for a driven car.

Looks great.
