thanks man. The wires werent too hard to fit. I have them routed in the factory locations (Chiltons) and the cap went on pretty easily.

I have the F303 cam with 1.6RR's. I really like the way it sounds.

What kind of rims are on your car, they look sweet

Re: 94 GT build thread

got my white face gauges installed the other day. I bought a bunch of parts from some guy, and he threw in the white face cluster, plus the 2 autometers. He had the autometers in a clock gauge pod, but i sold that and bought this pod. the autometers still arent hooked up because i have to order the sending units, i just stuck them in for now. The mileage is since the new heads and bearings

Re: 94 GT build thread

Well my rear end decided to start clunking the other day so the cars parked for a couple of weeks.

edit:

My rear end clunk was due to 4 ring bolts falling out. i guess the previous owner who installed the 4.10's didnt torque them.

i put new bolts in, torqued everthing down, cleaned everything out with carb cleaner, installed chrome cover, new fluid and it was good to go, atleast until i rebuild the rear.

Re: 94 GT build thread

I started a new job this month, so i havnt had the time to do any major upgrades, but i've done a few little things.

I installed my Cobra headlights and clear corners, chrome rear end cover, rear Cobra sway bar, front Cobra sway bar, new gas pedal (i had just a rod), and a few other misc things. i also cut and sharpened my antenna, and painted it gloss black. heres a few pics

Very nice man :thumb: You car is looking really good.

thanks man

i'm trying to get it comfortable and reliable right now b/c i plan on moving back out on my own very soon. all of the cosmetic stuff i'm getting for the car cost me almost nothing.

hopefully before fall i will have it repainted, with some 18's and 315's :coolsmiley:

Re: 94 GT build thread

i really like my F1's, but i dont think they make a 315 18. most likely i will go with pilot sports, Nitto drags, or BFG drags.

Re: 94 GT build thread

This past week I installed my Optima Red-top (out of my 69 mach 1), new battery cables, brass terminals, and new alternator. Friday i'm going to order a new alternator wiring harness also.

I also installed my 5.0 High Performance fender badges from American Muscle. I have 98 Taillights on the car and I hated it when people would ask if it was a 4.6, so I figured this would solve that problem.

Last but not least I installed my Mishimoto Radiator. Fits great and looks quality.
