alarming drop in rpm on a 95 gt

last night after i left work i was coming to a stop light and bammm the rpm went from 1500 to like 400 real fast and surged back and forth for a bit then it settled into place. this all happened about a block away from where i work so had just started the car after 10 hrs at work. i kindda freaked out and i was wondering if this had happened to anyone else.

Might be a mass air flow sensor or an idle air control

throttle body, maf and the iac are all clean i unplugg both the iac and the maf and the car wants to die so i figure theyre working. you figure the tps went bad?

its possible, but is it doing it all the time? I mean its possible it just could of been some glitch for a second in the computer. Happens more then people would think. If its doing it constantly, unhook the battery for about 10 minutes and hook it back up and if everything works fine for awhile then goes sour its definetly something electrical and most likely a sensor.
