Baumann Shift kit Settings

I'm about to install the Baumann valve body recalibration kit in my 94 AODE. I was wondering with the guys who are running this shift kit what stage they set thier shifts at and how they like it. I am running a supercharger and and a 3,000 Stall convertor, street driven and occasional weekends at the track. I would like it to shift pretty hard at WOT.
