Hi,

I'm searching for a daily Shampoo that doesn't attack the sealant and wax coats. Furthermore it would be nice that the Shampoo "refresh" the wax/sealant coats. At this moment I've got a German "Sealant Shampoo". It works great and after the wash, the water bead very nice on the car. Looks a bit like I fresh waxed it. But this Shampoo is to expensive and I want something else.

Thinking about CG Wash&Wax, Maxi-Suds II or Glosswokz. What do you guys think?

i'm a big maxi suds fan. foams like crazy but wont strip wax. very mild but still cleans well.

i've also tried CG's new honeydew snow foam. i like it alot as well. citrus wash & gloss is a bit strong for a maintenance wash.

hmm I'm more confused then before :tongue3:

I think I'll buy test servings of Glossworkz and Maxi Suds. Citrus Wash looks a bit to "strong" for a daily wash.

Maybe I don't understand you right, but CG writes this: "Pour in only one ounce of the Glossworkz shampoo per 4 - 5 gallons of water in your bucket and begin washing. The pH neutral shampoo will help safely remove dirt, dust and all kinds of road grime" :dontknow: :dontknow:

Also the difference between Maxi Suds and Glossworkz is that Glossworkz let the paint more shine? Or is there any difference?

I have never used the maxi-suds but I have had both citrus wash daily and glossworkz and they both seem really safe for your wax and what not but I do like the glossworks better because it seems to enhance the gloss. Either way they are both good products.

Just be careful...remember that Citrus Wash/Gloss is a very concentrated soap, designed to strip LSPs, in preparation for paint correction, etc.

I would go with Glossworkz (as you did), or the Citrus Wash Clear, which is also pH neutral.

Glossworkz is an amazing shampoo, if you're looking for just maintenance wash try the Megs Gold Class as well. Its OTC but a decent wash that will do the job.
