got a pretty sweet paycheck this week so i went ahead and ordered some electric cut-outs. i know, they are mostly for aesthetics, with little hp/tq gains on a nearly stock car, but i wanted them so i bought them.

now what do you guys think? clamp on or weld? i would love to have them removable, but will it look to tacky with clamps? i could angle them so that the bolts are up top.

Weld em in, no problems with leaks, heat/cold movement, and seized up bolts, oh and it looks cleaner. personal opinion though

clamp them on for testing. after driving around and making sure angles are right then weld them in.

ok im probably gonna go that route. would you recommend normal exhaust clamps, or the easy seal band style?

I have never used those but, they look nicer.

ok i got them in place with band clamps, havent run wiring yet. im not sure if im gonna weld them in though, its a good seal, and looks good
