Ok I have a stock 351w roller block, I'm doing a full budget build right now. I will list the main parts of the build, I need opinions from people to see if I will have any issues at all.
351w .030 over
stock lightning rotating assembly
gt40 cobra heads from a 94 cobra, will be 2.02/1.60 valves, upgraded springs
professional products hurricane efi intake
90* 80mm elbow
80mm throttle nody
69# injectors
slot style MAF
dss main girdle
procharger f1d @ 8 psi
f303 cam(this is what I need help on, is there a better cam to get?)

I'm sure I'm missing something. If you guys have more questions to help your opinion or different options I'm good. The heads are staying gt40 for now, probably won't be changing any time soon. It will be a 5 speed, 4.10 gears, full interior, etc

Any help is appreciated

For Auto-X??

Can you say too much torque by like a grip!

I think you may be a little light on the fuel, IMO anyway.

I'm no expert, but I think you might want bigger injectors, as well. And maybe less rear gear. It seems that some good old Ford racing 3.73's are about perfect for the five speed.

Heads will really hold you back imo. I would try and find a used set of aluminum heads at the minimum. Power will die very early with a 357 and iron gt40 heads. I'm guessing around 4300-4500.

I would also recomend aluminum heads if budget allows. But if you already have the heads run them for awhile and change down the road. I would recomend arp studs in mains and good arp head and rod bolts. Girdles are always an option to. Just some food for thought.

my brother's car when it was a 351 with with gt40 heads and intake would run out of air around 5000 rpm. imo neither the heads or intake will feed a 351 enough air.
