so i changed out the bassani x for the stock h pipe, timed it to 10*(factory) drove the hell out of it before i took her in, changed the plugs, and my readings were still way to high. the guy said it was borderline gross poluter. i cant figure out what the fuck is going on. any ideas? im about to remove my cobra upper/lower and put every stock part back on and sell this bitch. and get something else. why all of a sudden would my readings be sky high?

yeah the bassani has two cats, one on each side (2), where as the stock h pipe has two on each side(4) i figured since i had 2 more cats over the last time i got my car smogged id be good to go.

so im putting my stock upper lower intake back on, stock throttle body, and putting everything back to stock hoping it will pass. would a 70 mm throttle body and a ported cobra intake produce higher emmissions on a stock motor?
im getting very puzzled.
i had an oil seperator between the pcv and the intake and he failed it visually because of that, and i had a "t" fitting in the vacuum line for a vacuum gauge. this guy was a prick!
