Are the 2 interchangeable? Threads and brake lines all the same?

I want to change to the Cobra MC because it is a smaller bore. This should theorheticaly restore some pedal feel.

The other thing is the ABS. Mine currently does not have any wheel sensors installed or the modules, but I was wondering what is the easiest way to remove the ABS unit and plumbing. Do those have any value for resale? Are the lines something to keep intact?

I was thinking it may be easiest to remove lines from a non ABS SN. Any thoughts?

Good to know! Thanks! Why does Ford do crap like that? The Foxes are the same way, any brake mod has different threads and lines and valves. In the end, all the fluid just goes to the 4 corners right? lol

I don't know lol.. it seems like car manufacturers purposely make things as complicated as possible. Our e-brake setup for example.. WTF is up with that.

Slykin is dead on with the hardlines as for deleting the ABS you can buy a delete block or simply buy a couple of fittings and replumb the hardlines. The delete block is a simple plug and play. I opted to just replumb them as I went to a manual brake setup along with a brakeline tuck for a cleaner look.

i suggest building lines from scratch to hide them if you're going to the effort of deleting ABS and switching MCs....

I changed my MC to the Cobra one when I put Bullitt 13" brakes in front & the Cobra 11-3/4" brakes in the rear....got that same hard line kit with the MC & it worked like a charm! I love the feel of the brakes & of course looks!
