I like what youve done to your car, looks good and I'm sure it handles much better than when you got it. Well done.

nice feet...

and those brakes look KILLER! those are HUUUGE! lol.

I was suprised with the actual difference in size. The calipers barely clear my rim, theyre less then halk an inch away. the rotors are sick to, its what sold me on this particular kit.

Pictures from the weekends project:

Old nasty rotors, they were actually rusting in the middle of the rotor...

The new and the old, parts store rotors and pads, nothing special.

Getting my alignment did!

Your ride looks good! Very crisp looking.
How do you like that mgw shifter?? I have one too. It's pretty soild. Any thoughts about 2nd gear?

I like it is a solid shifter, way better then the american muscle shifter i replaced. 2nd for me is sometimes notchy..

Nice build up. I'm jealous of those brakes.

Thanks!!

Little update for everyone.. not much really going on right now, just trying to save money for my next big endeavor which will most likely be interior upgrade (racing seats, new carpet, sound deadener, rear seat delete) should be some good stuff coming around Christmas.

what brand seats are you getting?
if you get summit racing seats, could you emphasize how you mounted them on the brackets?

Speakin of Summit I went down there the other day and picked up some slotted and drilled all the way around for my daily. To my surprise when looking around online they were the cheapest out the door than all the other stores house brands. And mine came with ceramics up front and semis in the back. Not bad for the daily. $260 out the door for all 4 rotors and pads. Just food for thought for anyone looking for a cheap fix for there brakes.

Btw Im lovin the car. It's like mine, looks stock as hell. And I don't mean that in a bad way at all. Right now I'd rather it look stock. Big difference between when you got it and now. Keep at it man!!

Also you have the same wing as me so do this with a buddy. Take it off. Don't worry the studs are gonna feel lose, you didn't break anything that's just how they are. You'll see 3 holes on both sides of the trunk for a total of 6. Shave the nubs off the wing with a grinder (or whatever you choose we had a grinder sittin there) and move the front studs to the middle holes and mark where the rear studs are and drill em out and bolt the wing back on. It will bring your wing back about 3in or so and get it off the trunk. Do it and stand back and look at it from the side. Dude it looks killer. Believe me well worth it. It's the little things that make the biggest difference!
