Custom Grind Camshafts!!!!

Hello everyone. I drive a 95' Gt and my goal of the car is to go low 12's on motor. Its a street/ strip car. Here are a few of my main parts.

Edelbrock Performer heads (soon to be ported)
Edelbrock Performer Intake (soon ported and matched)
Crane 1.7 Roller R's
U/D Pullies
70mm TB
80mm PMAS calib/24# inj
4.10 Gear out back
equal length BBk Shorties
2.5" Magnaflow Cat-back (minus the cats)
Weld prostars 15x4 front 15x8 rear on 275/60/15 MT Et Radials.

I wanna know what kind of power can i expect from a custom grind cam?
What personal experiences do you guys have with FTI custom cams and Camshaft Innovations?

You can expect to see 10-15hp MORE than an avg off the shelf cam in your combo. Any of the manufacturers you just mentioned are MORE than capable of grinding a cam for you mild (to them) street motor.

Awesome. Ryclef you seem very knowledgable and a big help on this site. When I change the cam
what are some other parts I should look into changing at the same time. I was thinking:

Lifters
Hardened pushrods
New water pump (not manditory buy hey)
of course all new gaskets
Timing chain

Anything else? Thanks

If you are down that far you might as well get a new blancer too.

he will give the best personal advice someone can. he will also tell you what you need for the cam to work at its best. thats who i am talking to when i done gathering some more parts for my new 347 stroker
