Pull everything back out. The bulb in the middle is either out or not installed properly. Are those the white face gauges from brothersperformance?

you should replace all of them. if you don't, in a month another one will go out.

pull the bulb out, spin it 180 degrees and push it back in. Leds are polarized meaning they have to be put in a certain way unlike the standard halogen bulbs.

I have this problem for the top of my speedometer and tachometer, but not nearly as pronounced... it's just dimmer than the rest of it. I use halogens because my LEDs burned out & didn't give light as well. Looks like you just need to replace them.
