"duck tail" spoiler for our cars

Xenon is exactly what youre lookin for..

Fugly. Really for me I like the high arch when looking at the rear of the car and seeing the lift gate go up and down slightly, providing a slight tappered/spoiler look. The cobras were the first to really do anything with that on a mustang. BMW e46 being one of the more dramatic examples. Wide @ss with a tapered decklid that gives it a simple yet spoiler look, works beautifully for me. The bulge of the quarters on these cars provide you with the *** you need but it will take some work to make the decklid right.

Our cars pretty much have ducktail spoilers built in to the OEM trucklid....

The factory trunk has an upward curve to it... but I think it would look better more pronounced.

Ford prolly left it as a subtle line because they planned on putting wings on 3/4 of the V6's and almost all the GT's. lol.

wonder if you could modify a 05 style one, they have lots of them to choose from?

But i gotta admit the 03 cobra wing looks great

Well jeremy I plan on picking one of the abc exclusive spoilers and moulding it to my spare decklid.

Give it a shot Steven. I looked at one a few years back but it doesn't cover the stock spoiler holes so i opted for the S281 because i didn't want the hassle. I think it will look good.

will do. my aunt has been in the hospital, so i appologize for the delay. it looks like shes not going to make it... :-( dont want to thread jack, i just know alot of you ahve been waiting for a new design...

anyways, back to OP, a T1 wing is the saleen wing, its very large. it takes a ver aggresive hood to pull it off.

I plan on it. I welded up the holes in the decklid a while back then painted it. Doesn't bother me to cut it up or mold it. lol
