So here's the age old question... Dump the exhaust.. or keep them killer chrome plated tailpipes? Post your pics and comments. Here is my 95 Snake, bought the car with em' dumped but I have a nice set of 2.5" pipes from latemodelrestoration.com waiting on me when I get home on R&R in a couple of days. So what do you guys prefer and lets see your pipes! (or lack thereof)

I like tailpipes personally. I haven't had mine put back on yet since my car was down for 3 months.

Me too. I like them because they keep the noise outta the cabin but you can still hear her purr, and there is nothing more frustrating than spending hours cleaning your car and then you start her up in a slightly dusty place and PHOOF! up comes a cloud of dirt.. lol

I have dumps. I miss my tail pipes, but I love how the exhaust gets trapped under the car and echoes out, vibrating the ground.

I love the look of dumps, but the sound is irritating, I don't mine the look of tail pipes, but they have too flow good and look good, I love the angle cut ones I have, but if they were a little bigger, maybe 3 inches I'd be happier.

I think that depends on the mufflers. I wouldn't be able to stand it if it were Flows, but my Borla's are pretty mild, and still sound wicked.

I like the look of dumps but I have tailpipes for the sound. As previously stated by voodoo95 dumps kick up dust and crap .

When i bought my car, it had dumps. The dumps were ok cause it made my car really loud, but it wouldnt pass inspection, and i had to cruise around town in 4th gear because the drone in 5th was unbelievable. Once i got the pipes extended out of the back my exhaust was a lot deeper, and i can lug around town in 5th without a drone at all

I know im only 22 but i have to say I loved dumps when i was younger.. but i also liked any loud exhaust. Now i like the deep, tinny/kinda hollow (if anyone knows what im talking about) sound you can get with the pipes.
