For the 5th time, the Dutch Mustang forum organised a Winter Drive. In total 15 cars participated, mostly newer Mustangs. There were two from 1965, a 1972 Mach1, a 2007 Shelby GT500 and a 2011 Mustang (the first 2010/2011 I've seen in Europe) and a Ford Falcon.

We did a tour through the eastpart of the country. It was a bit rainy but it was a nice day. Halfway, there was a nice lunch and at the end we could win some prices in a lotery. We had a great time!

I also found a new use of my (very loud) Mustang: when the rest of the group got behind, because of traffic, they would just listen and the sound of my car 3 streets ahead told them which way to go :headbang:

There are video's made, I'll post them up once I've got the links. There will be an entire dvd of this drive :)

Dutch didn't go with us, I would have loved to see his Cobra though.

Sweet pics and looks a lot of fun. Other than your Bright Blue Stang, the Falcon wagon and El Ranchero' stick out for me. Beauty country side.

The Falcon is a beauty, totally rebuilt by the owner. Almost better than new! The Ranchero actually wasn't part of our tour but owned by the people of the restaurant where we had lunch. It was only parked there.

I personally liked the GT500 a lot. Very rare in Europe!

Good to see. I`m hoping to start a Scottish Mustang meet this summer. I travelled 500 miles to buy mine and haven't saw another one since. Weather looks similar in Holland :D

Yeah, quite a large Mustang-scene out here, a lot of nice classics. But quite a number of new ones too. Since they're not officially imported in Holland, you are certain that every Mustang-driver is an enthusiast. We are one big happy family :D

I didn't go because I'm still working out some things on the cobra.
But we'll do some kind of mini meet soon Mack, since you're close anyway :) Just have to wait for a nice day.

Nice! Is that a early fox (79-82) I see?

Pretty positive thats a 79 pace car

Yes, 79 Cobra (pretty sure it's a real cobra but I'm no fox expert). It's not a pacecar, there is only one fox pace car in our country. In Holland, you only have to pay road tax for a car from 1986 or newer, so you will see a lot more early foxes than the newer ones.
