It would seem that the cat's weren't up to temp for some reason, but you didn't specify front or rear, so I would wait and see.

BTW, unhooking your battery for about 5 minutes will also clear the codes.

You wait and see if it comes back

I don't know, because the codes are more specific as to front or rear, although if you want to look them up, they are stickied at the top of the page

I don't know, because there may very well be nothing wrong at all.

Ok, well if they do come back and I read the codes and they come out the same... then what?
How do I know if it's more for the rear or front?

Lol, no, but they didn't tell you the whole story from the book. At any rate, I suspect it happened because the codes were stored, then the input changed, triggering another code, that the cat's were there, but not hot enough.

I don't think they will come back

my friend told me to try cleaning the Mass Air Sensor.. which I've never done and don't want to break so I will hold off on it for a little bit.... until he is there or someone is there to help me....

I just finished with a little more cleaning now I'm headed to shower then work..

I will check the forums when I get to work.

So please think of anything you can and talk to me....
thanks guys

What hole stutter thing?

Anywho, if you need to clean your MAF, I just blast the crap out of it with carb cleaner or Brakleen, I never touch it.

Well when I accelerate sometimes I feel the car do this little studder thing. It used to be like nonstop then when I let off it would stop then sometimes when I'm WOT I could feel it for like a split second every so often. It's not as bad but it still happens.... fuel injectors?

Have you ever changed the fuel filter? Are you seeing any black sooty buildup in your tailpipes?

I believe I have changed my fuel filter... recently I'm not sure off hand when the last time it was changed..
I think there might be some dusty looking black stuff in my pipes but it's not smoking or anything like that.
